By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1.1. This website is operated by Kizenya registered in Belgium.
1.2. The website sells pre-packaged matcha for personal consumption. All products comply with Belgian and EU food safety regulations.
1.3. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and purchase of products.
2. Products and Orders
2.1. Product descriptions and images are for informational purposes. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee complete precision.
2.2. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase a product. Orders are only accepted when you receive an order confirmation email.
2.3. We reserve the right to refuse orders, especially in cases of error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and the business currently operates under the VAT exemption regime; consequently, VAT is not charged.
3.2. Shipping costs are added at checkout and are clearly displayed before payment.
3.3. Payment methods: via Mollie ( Bancontact, Card Payment, iDeal | Wero, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Belfius Pay Button, KBC/CBC Payment Button, Pay By Bank).
3.4. Payment must be completed before the order is shipped.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. Delivery is available within Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Austria and Poland.
4.2. Delivery times: 3–5 business days within Belgium, and 5-7 days for The Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Austria, Poland; subject to availability and unforeseen delays.
4.3. Risk of loss passes to the consumer upon delivery.
4.4. If delivery is delayed, you will be informed.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)
5.1. Consumers in Belgium and the EU have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a purchase, starting from the day you receive the product.
5.2. To exercise this right, notify us in writing (email: info@kizenya-matcha.be or Instagram: kizenyamatcha) within 14 days.
5.3. Return the product in its original, unopened condition. Opened food products cannot generally be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
5.4. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective.
5.5. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
6.1. Products must comply with the contract and be free from defects.
6.2. Report defects within 14 days of delivery by email.
6.3. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All content on the website, including logos, images, and text, is owned by Kizenya or used with permission.
7.2. Content may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Products are intended for personal consumption only.
